Race notes:
 1) VII Grand Prix d'Europe (I Grand de Belgique was also a Grand Prix d'Europe)
 2) Going into the lap Stoffel was leading Bouriat and Chiron. After Stoffel 
    dramatically ran out of fuel Bouriat seemed to win this GP. However the Bugatti 
    team wanted Chiron to win. Therefore Bouriat stopped right before the finishing
    line to allow Chiron to take the flag first. Quite why Bouriat waited for a full 
    minute before crossing the line himself is difficult to say.
